Transthoracic echocardiograph visualizing the efficiency of anticoagulant therapy for right atrium mobile thrombus in the elderly

The patient had a history of hypertension, atrial fibrillation, coronary heart disease, dyslipidemia, and psoriasis for many years. Transthoracic echocardiography demonstrated that the thrombus in right atrium shrunk to 40 mm in length, and systolic pulmonary arterial pressure dropped to 49 mm Hg.
