Zusammenfassung: | Non-Disease-Specific Prognostic Tools. The overall strengths of PPS and PaP, as shown in Table 3a, are that they have been used in both cancer and noncancer patients, and in different settings. Both tools are highly predictive, with lower PPS levels being associated with shorter survival time ranging from less than one week to less than six months, depending on the study; whereas, for PaP, three risk groups with different 30-day survival probabilities are used consistently. |
