Zusammenfassung:Electrochemically plugged: Here we report a novel type of nanoarchitecture that consists of nanoplugs of MoO2, a conducting transition‐metal oxide, formed at edge‐plane‐like sites on the ends of carbon nanotubes (see SEM image). By using a facile and rapid electrochemical deposition technique, this startling and beautiful example of electrochemically controlled nanoarchitecture with potential future applications in nanoelectronic circuitry is shown.
