Zusammenfassung:Epileptic nystagmus is a rare, ictal phenomenon characterized by rapid, repetitive eye movements caused by epileptic activity. We report on a patient with cryptogenic focal epilepsy who presented a long-lasting (>30mn) episode of left head and eyes deviation and left-beating nystagmus not crossing the midline. Interictal EEG showed right temporal abnormalities.[Published with video sequences].
