Health crisis worsens in Central African Republic

There is a sizable humanitarian community working to improve the living conditions of Central Africans, and this is an attack on humanitarian action in the country, says Joseph Foumbi, Resident Humanitarian Coordinator in the country, who is also the UNICEF representative. Rarely does the CAR get into the news on global world channels, or African ones, yet it is home to one of the most enduring conflicts and humanitarian situations on the continent.
