Zusammenfassung:Miniature labs: A microstructured silicon wafer was used as a microreactor array for single‐bead synthesis on a nanovolume scale. Products were prepared by combinatorial synthesis and spatially encoded by their position in the array. Three‐component Biginelli condensations were carried out at 100 °C for 14 h and therefore required the development of a specially sealed reactor device.
