Zusammenfassung:	Although extensive swelling reactions in the injected limb after the administration of diphtheria-tetanus toxoid-acellular pertussis vaccine have been reported previously, to our knowledge, computerized tomography images of this entity have not been published. A 4-year-old boy with extensive swelling after vaccination with diphtheria-tetanus toxoid-acellular pertussis vaccine is presented.
