Zusammenfassung:	A 7-year-old girl presented with seropositive polyarthritis, autoimmune thyroiditis, and pulmonary fibrosis. Several family members had complex autoimmune disorders and pulmonary fibrosis, and the pedigree was consistent with autosomal dominant inheritance. The possible links between polyarthritis and familial pulmonary fibrosis are discussed, as well as the therapeutic challenges raised by this extraordinarily rare combination.
