Zusammenfassung:Resistance movement: A submicrometer conical pore was used for the single‐aggregate detection and characterization of immune complexes consisting of proteins such as staphylococcal enterotoxin B and antibodies. The developed assay is rapid, label‐free, requires no immobilization or modification of the antibody or antigen, and can be performed with antibodies or proteins in serum.
