Although some controversy exists about the cause of skin cancer, it is well accepted that excessive exposure to solar UV radiation is the major cause. Here, Poochareon discusses the incidence and prevalence of skin cancer and melanoma and embarks a new path that will lead to a new way of thinking about cutaneous health so that avoidance of dangerous UV radiation-seeking behavior is the norm rather than the exception. |
