Zusammenfassung:Kannikeswaran and Mahajan present a patient report with respiratory distress. The patient also had autonomic disturbances in the form of tachycardia and swings in blood pressure. Based on the clinical picture of symmetric weakness with areflexia and dysautomia without a sensory level, Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) was considered to be the most probable diagnosis.
