Acute Cervical Spine Injuries in Mountain Biking: A Report of 3 Cases

Mountain biking accidents usually result in minor injuries, although major injuries have occasionally been reported. Three instances of mountain biking accidents with cervical spine injuries resulting in profound neurological deficit are presented.
