Zusammenfassung:	Osteomas of the mandibular condyle are rare. An unusual case of an osteoma occurring in the mandibular condyle of a 22-year-old man with mandibular deviation and malocclusion is reported; this represents the 14th documented case in the English language literature. The tumor was resected with condylectomy. Postoperatively, mandibular deviation was minimized.
