Zusammenfassung:We report two cases of female paraurethral leiomyoma. Two Japanese women (51 and 44 years old) were referred to our department with the complaint of a painless mass at the external genitalia. Both tumors were resected transvaginally and histopathologicaly diagnosed as leiomyoma without any evidence of infiltration into the surrounding tissue. One hundred and twenty-eight cases of female paraurethral leiomyoma are collected from the Japanese literature and are discussed.
