Pulmonary artery sling: an unexpected finding on cardiac multidetector CT

An anastomotic vessel which arises from the right pulmonary artery and links the primitive pulmonary circulations becomes the anomalous left pulmonary artery. 2 Those with pulmonary artery sling can be classified into two main groups depending on associated lesions and age at presentation.
