Zusammenfassung: | Intraosseous vascular anomalies are rare, and although they have been described in the facial skeleton, those occurring in the zygomatic bone are extremely rare. We report the case of a 38-year-old woman who presented with a painless hard swelling in the left zygomatic prominence, which was diagnosed as a cavernous haemangioma after a bone biopsy.
