THE BOGUS APOTHEOSIS OF THE BRITISH ARMY

A STRANGE book has recently been given to the world. It is entitled, "The Army Book for the British Empire." The authors are named as Lieutenant-General W. H. Goodenough, R.A., C.B., and Lieutenant-Colonel J. C. Dalton (H.P.), R.A., aided by various contributors whose names are set forth in the preface, and of whom some belong to the military profession, some are civilians, and some are hybrids--part soldier and part civilian.
