Remarks on Political Strategy

Political strategy & strategic consulting can give orientation in decision-making-processes. Good consultants give advice but do not suggest they can foresee the future. Also, one has to keep in mind that sometimes even good strategies are prone to fail. One of the main factors influencing political strategy-making are the democratically organized political parties. Often, they are a limiting factor to strategy. This however, Scholz concludes, must not be viewed as a negative aspect.
