On the Global Technology, Time and Culture and Local Nationality

In the age of econo-technological globalization, the duality of globalization & local nationality features not only the technologies but the culture even the time. China, as a developing country, should take a reasonable view appropriate to the duality or relation between globalization & local nationality. It implies that present-day China should step up the effort to develop modern science/technology so as to adapt actively to globalized science/technology & the globalized time/culture arising from it. On the other hand, the excellent cultural tradition should be kept on & developed further so as to get the science/technology, time, & culture nationalized, thus providing a distinctive way for China's modernization.
