The mastery of effective interviewing techniques is vital for both social work students & agency professionals. A descriptive analysis is provided of the Micro-Video Analysis Training Program, which can be operationalized in either an academic classroom or an agency. The primary components of the training program & their interrelationships within the context of the Micro-Video approach are discussed.
