Zusammenfassung:Bangladesh is attempting to overcome the inaccessibility (due to natural conditions) of many of its schools by setting up a decentralized Mobile Teacher Trainers program. The purpose of the program is to enable small clusters of teachers in the same school to meet to improve their skills under the guidance of an education professional. Discussed are some of the suggested approaches to continuous education of teachers, educational materials used, & the relevance of the training to local needs & conditions. 2 Figures, 6 References.
