Hofstede (1980), characteristics of corporate culture in Malays, Chinese, & Indians & the key work values associated with such corporate cultures in Malaysia are examined, drawing on scale data from 199 organizations of different ethnic domination. Results showed that key characteristics are the masculinity dimension, collectivism, high uncertainty avoidance, & low power distance.
