Zusammenfassung: | Among European nations, Spain has a relatively high number of traffic accidents. Data from the Dept of Traffic Control are drawn on to determine the effects of educational campaigns in 1991, constructing time-series or ARIMA models to measure results in terms of reductions in traffic incidents. Although there were problems of internal validity, it is concluded that the campaigns had little effect in reducing accidents. 3 Tables, 5 Figures, 17 References. Adapted from the source document. |
