A Complement and Correction to "The Measure and Explanation of Housing Evaluation"

"De meting en verklaring van woonwaardering" ([The Measure and Explanation of Housing Evaluation], see SA 28:3/K8293) is amended on the basis of a survey of 578 Rs of southeastern Brabant. The survey's aim was to determine whether observed relationships between various evaluation scales could be reproduced, & whether the assumptions relative to measuring importance were tenable. Results indicate that it is possible through more accurate questioning to obtain a better agreement between categories & length scales. There remain, however, unresolved discrepancies between the model used in south Holland & in southeastern Brabant. 4 Figures. A. Orianne.
