Zusammenfassung: | It is argued that economic law may be defined as the grouping of juridical laws based on economic activity in general, as well as the activity of agents involved in goods & services, financial markets, state regulations, redistribution of wealth, repression of unsavory business practices, & power relations in businesses. Rather than being seen as a new kind of law, economic law represents a way of conceiving juridical rules. Distinctions between economic & commercial law are identified, & how economic law reached its current state is reviewed. Articles in this special journal are briefly summarized. D. Weibel |
