Millennia of Injustice from the View of Andre Gunder Frank

Andre Gunder Frank believes that there is no single development model which applies to all peoples and nations. Frank maintains that deviation and diversity are two important concepts which must always be considered in any formulation of development models. According to him, the prevailing injustice in the world is primarily caused by Western capitalists who accumulate wealth at the expense of poor countries. He cited the Latin American situation to emphasize the basic flaws and inadequacies of development models he learned in graduate school in the US.
