Zusammenfassung: | Ur policy in the US has changed over the past twenty years & city leaders have had to adapt. Questionnaire data from a 1980/81 2-part survey of city officials in the Midwest (N = 110 complete responses) reflect serious concerns caused by the "New Federalism" proposals & policies of the Reagan administration vis-a-vis their cities' ability to provide services. Subsequent policies during the Reagan administration's second term are likely to continue to have a major impact on the nature of US federalism. 5 References. Modified AA. |
