Not Yet Dead but Is It Doomed?

After 18 months of paralysis in the Palestinian-Israeli negotiations, the signing of the Wye Memorandum in Washington DC on Oct 23 injected hope among Palestinians and brought expectations of future progress. Such hopes and expecations may however, be short-lived.
