Zusammenfassung:FOR SOME CONSERVATIVES, THE END OF THE COLD WAR AND THE DECLINE OF THE SOVIET THREAT WAS ALSO THE END FOR ANY RATIONALE FOR AGGRESSIVE AMERICAN INTERVENTION INTO WORLD AFFAIRS.
