Zusammenfassung:Transnationalization will transform the national & international legal systems during the next 2 decades, implying that a restructuring of law school curriculum should accompany the transformation. Interpenetration of national law & international law in Canada will affect the traditional roles & the current working environments of the lawyer. A curriculum that includes international law as an integral part of all 3 years of legal education is advocated. It is further recommended that some of the law schools develop interdisciplinary seminars & areas of specialization within the field of international law. S. Lupton.
