Global Capitalism and Liberal Myths: Dispute Settlement in Private International Trade Relations

Examines the problems posed by the globalisation of liberalism by analysing dispute settlement in private international trade relations. It is argued that the separation of politics and economics which underlies the distinction between public and private trade law is, in turn, created and sustained by liberal myths that contribute to the further expansion and consolidation of capitalism.
