Can the Twenty-Fifth Amendment Deal with a Disabled President? Preventing Future White House Cover-Ups

A medical advisory committee on the health of the president should be created by Congress to conduct annual reviews of the president's health and to advise the vice president and Cabinet whenever a question of presidential impairment under the 25th Amendment is raised. This mechanism would help prevent a cover-up of presidential disability, as has occurred in the past.
