Zusammenfassung: | Formulated is a system-based logic predicted on subjective & objective probabilities, incorporating the Bayesian learning process. Selection of specific analytical instruments for generating information about a system is described by learning curves which empirically treat either growth of information stocks or reduction in expected error from models of the system. This logic is extended to changes in instrumental modalities, allowing selection of instruments & development of analytical strategies not wholly a priori.
