Zusammenfassung:This article examines the relationship between chains & networks that support sectoral policy in territories according to new perspectives in the international division of production & labor. These perspectives combine economic, cultural, environmental, & institutional elements to reconsider the analysis of productive relationships in society, not only worldwide but also at the local level, interpreting from both politics & economics. In the globalization context, cooperative relationships in association with & linking between networks provide a basic strategy of survival for organizations & industrial sectors. In this sense, the paper states the influence of productive processes & technological conditions of the enterprises on the managing capacity & labor organization in industrial enterprises in the Aburra Valley of Colombia. 1 Table, 1 Graph, 2 Diagrams, 15 References.
