Reflections on Ethical Values, Science and Technology

This article is developed around five main considerations of legal & ethical nature. (1) The role of International Law in the regulation of biotechnological development in order to ensure the tutelage of disadvantaged countries. (2) The application of ethical values to International Law curricula, in order to ensure full respect of human rights. (3) The application of ethical values to scientific research to ensure tutelage of the environment & human nature. (4) Introduction of ethical values as criteria for a responsible scientific choice.
