Zusammenfassung:Reported questions of HSch youth concerning their own bodies &those of the opposite sex demonstrate the need for better sex educ. Unfortunately today's classroom teachers of Marriage & Fam Life lack educ'al preparation in the psyciological aspects of marriage & child development. Coll's which prepare these teachers offer numerous courses in the Psychol & Sociol of marriage but none in the Physiology of marriage & child development. The method of integrating psysiology into existing courses in the psychol & sociol of marriage is very superficial & inadequate. The best assurance that teachers are receiving adequate educ in the physical foundations of marriage is through a course devoted exclusively to this subject. Since no such course exists today, a `standardized' course in psysiology for marriage counselors & educators is being developed by an org called the 'Project on Physiology in Fam Life Educ.' A course outline & bibliog (available through the org) suggest one method of systematizing appropriate fields of medicine (eg, gynecology, obstetrics, endocrinology, venereology, psychiatry, pediatrics) for use in a basic Coll course which which may be called, 'Physiology of Marriage & the Family.'
