Zusammenfassung: | Relationships between program evaluation and performance measurement are receiving greater attention as federal, state and local agencies are required to set objectives, then to collect data to document their results. Ten actions are suggested as opportunities for agency administrators and evaluators to bridge the current gaps between the potential and actual uses of evaluation. |
