An apparently frivolous matter has become the symbol of & a metaphor for national crisis. The metamorphosis has also occurred in most European countries. Considerable changes in the European soccer scenario, such as the new policy on circulation of professional soccer players in the EU sports market, have affected soccer dynamics both locally & globally.
