Zusammenfassung: | The challenge for demography theory in the postmodern era is to question the relationship between population & development developed within the discourse on modernity. Not only has research practice in demography changed, but also the objects & the statement of problems. Population needs interdisciplinary & transdisciplinary study within the framework of the demography of inequality within & between populations. 41 References. M. Pflum |
