Zusammenfassung:It is stated that the liberty of an employer to fix working time duration is limited because he is obligated to choose a period best suited to the stability of his personnel & to the soc climate of his enterprise for good productive conditions. This duration is situated in the relatively narrow framework of the work-group, which in turn depends mainly on the soc composition of the personnel: it was noted that the length of working time is shorter when the work group comprises a large % of F's. In case of commercial fluctuations industr'ts have several alternatives to insure production: increasing or diminishing the N of over-hours, the taking on or laying off of employees, spreading out of orders, etc. It is suggested that for optimum work results the work duration should not exceed the limits of the eroun's nsvcho-soc framework.
