In the wake of the Persian Gulf War and the mobilization of thousands of participants in the antiwar movement, the peace and justice movement is reorienting itself to the changing international realities of the post-Cold War era. The peace and justice movement is offering a vision of the post-Cold War era that is oriented toward a restoration of the nation's physical, social and natural environment.
