Zusammenfassung: | In Japan, the decrease in population started in 2005, as the birthrate fell to the world's lowest. The government has now unveiled new policy in order to promote family well-being & stop the declination of birthrate. Parents maintain their vocation & childrearing, & the government will expedite a bill for family-care leave, as well as caregiver leave systems. The author contends that the government also needs to aim at maintenance of the environment in which parents can diversify their time to rear & raise children & carry out their vocation.
