Zusammenfassung:To overcome the guidelines of Family Health Program in Sao Paulo city, the Health's local organization had defined priority areas for the teams implementation, based on the social exclusion map, the social-economical & epidemiological profile of the health district. In the Vila Maria Health District, teams from this program were implanted in the Parque Novo Mundo region. Because there is no training in the field of food & nutrition actions for these professionals, the work was developed, conducting visits at territory, despite surveys from the epidemiological & social-economical profile & interviews. The training was divided in four classes having different approaches, related with nutritional diagnostic & mains transmissible chronical & scarcity diseases controlled by diet (by the nutrition). Therefore, it was possible to delay the beliefs on wrong behaviors, as well as to show the possibility to the application of this information to the community, for all the teams professionals.
