Zusammenfassung: | The following article deals with the view that we will call here "critical constructionism", a theory that has been widely used by human sciences, but even so it has not been named as such. In this work we present the view that there is a type of philosophical, sociological and anthropological constructionism present, more and more, in the analyses involving individuals, culture and society and specially in the studies of gender and sexuality. The aim here is to present the background and general postulates of critical constructionism, starting from the general hypothesis that human-social realities are products of human construction, cultural and historic. The critical constructionism expresses the vocation of human sciences in itself, and is opposed to all kinds of essentialism and substantialism, especially the attempts at "biologisation" of the social sciences , which has become widely spread nowadays.
