Legal reform and its context in Vietnam

Examines the formal legal system, avenues of dispute resolution and tensions within these bureaucracies, types of common disputes and their resolution, focusing on role of administrative discretion and government bureaucracy as opposed to the judiciary, and real estate related disputes. Constitutional structures include the Supreme People's Court, the People's Office of Supervision and Control, the Ministry of Justice, arbitration centers, and local mediation and conciliation bodies, and dispute resolution of administrative suits, property suits, and economic disputes.
