Zusammenfassung: | Despite of difficulties and obstacles, young Soviet administration succeeded in organization of effective spy activity including naval radio intelligence that provided commanders and administration with valuable information about the situation in sea theaters of military actions. By the end of the WWI Baltic fleet accumulated effective and strong naval radio intelligence that consisted of ten peripheral stations of radio interception and ten special radio stations located in Estonia, Latvia, and Finland. The following chapter goes over the history of intelligence service of 1917-1918 stating that Soviet intelligence was a success that helped the Red Army and administration to reveal a lot of useful information to prevent losses and excel in strategies.
