Yugoslavia v. NATO, Security Council resolution 1244, and the law of humanitarian intervention
Argues that the conflict between NATO and Yugoslavia has strengthened concern for rights of individuals under international law, that the UN Security Council ratified NATO actions, and that the doctrine of humanitarian intervention has taken a step toward acceptance as a rule of law.
