Zusammenfassung:Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a concept born in the United States & spread to Europe last decades. The purpose of this article is to explore governmental & private initiative in terms of CSR & their coherence with practices in the agri-food sector in Morocco. The study shows that human resource management is the key point of CSR & practices observed are limited to compliance with national work regulations. Also, stakeholder management is based on the "economic issues" as a unique identification & salience criteria. Adapted from the source document.
