Conflict of Jurisdiction between National and New York State Labor Relations Boards

The question of jurisdiction as between a state labor relations board and the NLRB has been the subject of debate for more than a decade. In this article the question is discussed from the standpoint of one who has an official stake in the rights and powers of a state board. Certainly there are other points of view from which this question of jurisdiction can be considered, and it is anticipated that the discussion will be continued in our publication.
