THE Court being met, the prisoners surrendered themselves in discharge of their bail, and were set to the bar, when the Clerk of the Arraigns read the indictment, to which they severally pleaded Not Guilty; and, the jury being called over and appearing, Lord Baltimore challenged 15 out of 27 of them that were called.
